What impacts their access to resources?
Who makes up their support system?
How does their identity influence their safety in the world?
What intergenerational trauma might they be carrying?

…but no one taught us how to navigate being a business owner—let alone a marketer, bookkeeper, or content creator.

The truth is, building a private practice requires an entirely different skill set—one that most therapists and mental health professionals are never formally trained in.

My journey in the mental health field has been anything but typical. In 2016, I developed the first multi-sensory accommodation for a large amusement park company, where I learned how to navigate complex systems and create accessible, inclusive experiences.

In 2023, I launched my own trauma-focused therapy private practice, grounded in the values of community, access, and authenticity.
